Was quoted over the phone around $100 to send a technician to scope the drain to check why the toilet gurgled after flushing. He was here about five minutes and told me I most likely needed the tank pumped but removed the toilet anyway and had a look. The bill was close to $500, service call, $100 camera fee, plus the tech's travel time to FB and back to Courtenay. When I complained they removed the camera fee and I paid it.
