I would never recommend these people, first of all, incredibly rude. Secondly, they had one decent plumber, everyone else on the job caused so many issues that we had to pay a different company to come fix their disasters. Not to mention they had absolutely no shame in double billing for their mistakes on-top of this. I basically paid for plumbing twice. AVOID!!!!! Save yourself a headache.
Updated: after a whole year passed, our 4 year Old brand new home’s heat pump is still broken! The worst experience ever! If you like waiting for the whole winter for you repair, please choose “Terrible” terra mechanical! Good Luck everyone!
Terra Mechanical installed a heat pump in our new home. The heat pump failed after 4.5 years in October 2022. Terra took over a month to visit the property, have since repaired two items, and yet this heat pump is still not working. The house has been heated with 5 portable heaters (24x7) for the past 5-months (including during two cold snaps this winter). With no end in sight, we're considering replacing the entire heat pump with a model that has parts readily available and/or installing a full boiler backup.
