Dr. lampiasi is out a lot for some reason. Her assistant is almost useless. You ask for an appt and she gives you a phone number to call for scheduling, instead of arranging an appt herself like everybody else does. Overall rating for the Dr. And this location/office is poor and nobody seems to care. SAD.
Terra is a very busy and thorough professional. She listens and makes you feel heard. Yes sometimes it is hard to schedule with her BUT the other staffers you can see are amazing. I don’t say that lightly. I have a lot of issues with previous drs not believing me to the point of almost dying and I truly love this office and have always had my needs listened to and met, I have never been gaslit or made to feel I’m over exaggerating like previous drs(NOT from this practice) have made me feel.
