Terra Insurance has been helping us with our home and auto Insurance for years so when our commercial insurance was coming up for renewal I decided to have it quoted by TIG. Lisa was very helpful in getting us the best coverage and saved us over $5k by switching.
Love working with Terra Insurance because of Lisa Ingle at the Guthrie office. She deals directly with me via phone and email and not through other office staff, which is appreciated. She always answers my questions in detail and researches those questions which need clarifying and helps me understand the nuances of insurance. Always goes out to bid prior to any of our policies coming due which is so helpful in this day and age of cost-of-living sky rocketing.
Great company to work with, not the “cheapest” if you want some internet based provider that has zero customer service that’s why I switched. Really enjoy having a local agent and worth the couple extra hundred bucks a year to be able to see someone face to face. Quick and easy process too!
Been with TIG over 15 years. Very easy to work with. I just email Lisa anytime I need to make a change and she if very quick to respond. Highy recommend!
