It’s been nearly a month since the owner came out to take a look and give an estimate. Zero contact since the first day. I have called twice to follow up and nothing. I think all the great reviews are not real reviews. Keep looking for another company.

This was a very strange and unreliable company to work with. They did not come on the days they said they would come. Communication was very poor throughout the run up to the job and one part of the company seems to have no idea what other parts are doing. The part of the work that was quality was done by a subcontractor, while for the work they did themselves once finished they refused to answer basic questions about the work or how it related to the bill. I had Terra Insulation install additional blown insulation in my attic along with baffles and recessed light protection. They gave me a written estimate in advance, arrived on time for install, finished the job in one day and cleaned up afterwards. While I have no reference for price comparison, it seemed a bit pricey to me, however, I did not have the patience to have other contractors provide written estimates.
