Frank, in my opinion, has done a great job and his dedication in what he does clearly shows he cares. He's very thorough and knowledgeable which is what you want in a home inspector. I've used him on two inspections now and as long as he's willing to venture to and new places I may buy, he'll 100% get my business. I live out of state and used Terra Home Inspections for a house I was planning to buy. Frank was awesome throughout the whole process. He was extremely thorough, spending about 4 hours on the property. I think he found everything that could possibly be wrong with the home. We ended up terminating the contract as there were too many problems with the home but will definitely use him again for any properties I look at in the future. Highly recommend
Frank performed our 11-month warranty inspection. He was very professional, and when it comes to the inspection, he was very quick and thorough, missing no detail in the process. He was even nice enough to give us tips to extend the lifespan in different aspects of our house. Price was fair, considering he drove an hour and twenty minutes to do our inspection; even though he had the option of declining service he was happy to serve. Extremely recommended to anyone in need of an inspector.
