My AC stopped working on Saturday 6/23/25 and trying to find someone reputable to come out with the onset of a heat wave I thought would be impossible. I was referred to Terra Group HVAC from a friend. I called and spoke with Alex (owner) and he was so kind to quickly communicate with me via text, which I appreciated. He let me know he would text me when a technician could come out. They replaced my cooling and heating system 3 years ago and lately a water heater as well. Good and quick service + fair prices.
Install of 10 units on Newkirk St Phila. Terrible job and customer service. They are not reliable.
Originally came out to fix a commercial rooftop heat exchanger that broke, and they were able to do it in a timely manner. We have used them for other HVAC issues as well, along with setting up regular maintenance. Been burned by other companies, but Terra has been responsive and reasonable.
