I purchased a townhouse in April 2020 and the previous owners were clearly not versed in general home maintenance or cleaning. In the Owner's Manual to the home, it said Terra GeoThermal had installed the HVAC system so I contacted them. They were prompt to respond and made it easy to schedule a service. Terry came out on schedule and did a maintenance check on my furnace as well as replaced the thermostat. He is super knowledgeable and professional.
