Being big foodies in our family, we always knew we weren't going to scrimp on the food at our wedding. We booked Terra Firma for our intimate wedding in Nov, and my goodness the food really was the main attraction! Guests loved seeing the food cooking all day over the coals and the were so intrigued to try the different canapés that the crew had prepared. Terra Firma Dining are our partners in Brookfield Harvest - a food wine and music festival for 800 + guests. The skill and execution of Charly and the guys never ceases to amaze us. They are an amazing out door catering company - cooking over fire... it is a spectacle. I can highly recommend Terra Firma.
