Our second story balcony was pulling away from the house; once the house was releveled it was tedious to even step on. Joe took the entire balcony down, redesigned it, and rebuilt it So Much Better than the original structure, and he even found ways to save us money in doing so. When we accumulate funds for the deck/porch build, our first call will be Joe.

Josephus came to us by way of recommendation from our realtor in our efforts to refinish the texture and color of a concrete pool deck. He was very responsive and worked up a reasonable quote in a timely manner. My wooden deck was damaged as a result of the 2021 freeze, so after dealing with a number of poor contractors, I decided to just replace the entire wooden deck with a composite one. I called Joseph to get a quote, and he walked me through all my options for material (he uses TimberTech), styling, and how that will affect the cost. He even offered suggestions for making the deck more kid friendly by designing it to be harder to climb on the rails or to fall off.
