These people are absolutely awful!!! They are trying to steal my deposit, by claiming I made $600 deposit at move in when in reality I made a $900 deposit. DJ longo you are trash an absolute crook. I demand my refund.

My lease ended September 30th, 2023 on September 12th, 2023 DJ Longo illegally entered my apartment and threw away all of my furniture, clothes and belongings with no indication or notice that it would take place. I was not compensated for the pro rated rent and my security deposit was stolen from me. I was told specifically from DJ that I was "a great tenant." Imagine how they treat tenants who aren't great. These people are crooks. If they have a key and know you are out of town, they will illegally enter your apartment and touch personal belongings regardless of the lease. If any other person has had this happen, please contact your local housing authority.
I've now lived here for a year and while there have been some issues that have popped up in the building that is 98 years old, I have received a response within a couple hours and always a resolution within 24 hours. They've always been there to discuss things with me. I couldn't expect to be treated any nicer by every single staff member I have encountered. I would highly recommend. OH!
