Pretty sure I was getting under paid seeing how I'm working less hours and getting paid way more than what I was working 40 hours here couldn't access my paystubs and every time I went to cash my check out a Fry's or Walmart they would turn me away and tell me they don't accept checks from this place because it would bounce back
Randy managed the monthly maintenance on two homes for me. As a part time resident I frequently had to follow up with him when I was in town about my dissatisfaction on the maintenance. He would usually make it right but it required multiple follow ups on my end. Then I made the mistake of hiring him to redo my patio area. He subcontracted the paver work out to Affordable Pacers who did a terrible job. They left a huge mess and my pool and patio was full of sand. Randy did a great job with the design and installation. Then a short time later (while the 1 year guarantee still in place) some items need to be fixed. Despite using them for monthly maintenance those items have never been repaired. Great installation but very poor follow up.
hires employees with no work ethic and try’s to get rid of his only harding work employees i don’t see this company being open for another year.
