We had a really disappointing experience with Terra Designs (see formal complaint filed with Southern AZ BBB). Terra Designs has thus far been unwilling to negotiate a mutually agreeable resolution. Accordingly, we've been forced to file a formal complaint against Terra Designs with the AZ Registar of Contractors for their assistance in determining an agreeable resolution.
