Fantastic work on site. Super friendly staff, reliable, accommodating and flexible. Only issues were the cleanliness on site (we’ve picked up about 10,000 screws, nails, bolts, etc) and inability to provide or stick to a fixed price. Edit: after being in the cottage for a few months now, we are noticing dozens of troublesome deficiencies, which I assume Vincent would charge us an “hourly rate” for, so we’re getting other contractors to address them.

Amazing job! Terra built a new house for us from scratch. Everything they did was of high quality and very professional from start to finish. Most importantly, Vince, Patricia, and their crew were always straightforward, honest, and transparent with us. They were excellent at communicating. There were no surprises at any stage. I would not hesitate to use Terra again for any project.

From the get go, they were extremely flexible with on-the-fly changes and modifications to what wanted and offered great insight without putting any pressure on us.
