They discriminate against people. The co-op and the Board of Directors are very unethical. I’m not sure who runs the Place but there’s more people that want Power and to make people‘s lives miserable than they want to make a nice community. They had a problem with the handyman that was doing work for me so, decided to contact their lawyers and send me letters of misconduct according to the bylaws. Very nice mobile home park, homes are very well taken care of, people were very friendly in passing, and yards and whole park was very well maintained.
Very nice park. Great place to buy your winter home.
