The TerraCare team did a wonderful job installing a crushed granite pathway at my house. They also re-laid a portion of my paved driveway that was torn up from work performed by my city. The rest of the driveway was then power-washed, and the joints were re-filled. All the work looks great.

They parked next to my vehicle so close and scraped it. Couldn't even get into the passenger door they were over the line

Ron and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Our patio was a mess, with concrete heaved and pavers every which way. They fixed all our issues, no more trip hazzard. They got the job done quickly and professionally and we could not be happier with the results.

Absolutely awful from start to finish. The mower left huge dead spots/divots in our lawn and worse than that tore up over 80% of our wood fence. When I discussed the issue with Scott he told me with a straight face this was normal due to the fact our grass came so close to the fence! Took zero responsibility. Left new mowing service in tears they were laughing so hard when I told them this. As for the garden, Scott has no idea what he's doing. It's very difficult to communicate with this company. Emails come in sporadically, but sometimes you'll wait two weeks for a response for a simple question, or even to pin down a date for work. I want to do more work with them because when they do come out, it's good quality work and they're fair. But the lack of responsiveness is such a major negative, I have to use another company. Please consider hiring a secretary service or something at least.
