Time to work at the BMV. Actually friendlier at the BMV. Terra got made because I called (several times) to get an update. Had they kept me informed I wouldn’t have called so much. In addition the home buyer (flipper company) had agreed to pay the final water bill and she had a hemerrage re this which was between myself and the flipper - no concern to her, but I got an ear full. Not professional at all. Will Never use again. And the owner yelled at me for calling so much. Can I give a no star rating?
Abbie B. Leska is such a know it all. But doesn't lol If you want to go with a title company that will work with you don't use Abbie. She will try to do things off the books " work arounds" to prove a point If I could give 0 stars I would. No wonder people call this company Terrible Blue. Not investor friendly. Karen Friendly.
The entire team at Terra Blue Title is efficient, professional and willing to answer any questions you may have! I will continue to use them again and again because of how great my experience was!
