I had my reiki session with Jana and she was amazing. I could not recommend her enough and I can’t wait to go back for my next session.
Great place
I recently had a 90 minute Bodywork session with Jana and I cant speak highly enough about it! Not only was it relaxing, but it was so insightful! Jana educated me on not only what parts of my body she was working on and why, but also instructed me on some stretches, and movements I can do to help those areas in the future. She also referred me to Cheryls Yoga class on Tuesdays, and I love it! Highly recommend this spa for not only self care and relaxation, but also to get challenged in yoga or other workout classes.
Gahhh that was good! I feel better thanks to Amelia. She was very knowledgeable and hard working and excellent at her craft. I'll definitely return because my back finally feels good! Thank you!
