Natalie did an amazing job being gentle with my knee while also massaging the surrounding muscles to help relieve pain. The experience was incredibly relaxing and helped restore my trust in gentle touch after a traumatic injury. The cryotherapy was a great addition—it really helped reduce swelling and provided noticeable pain relief. I also love that they let you customize your massage treatment to fit your individual needs. Overall, a wonderful and healing experience!
Terra Blanca Wellness is a very unique and special place to have in Alamogordo. I never would have thought that a place that offers Ayurvedic interventions would ever exist here but it does at Terra Blanca Wellness! They have a variety of wellness interventions that can promote holistic health of the mind, body and spirit. Amelia and Jana are terrific. Very professional, understanding, courteous and give great advice on what stretches and workouts to do. We see Amelia and she’s always so polite. Different techniques each time not the same routine. I love this place! Affordable as well. We do the 30 min body session. Would recommend to anyone in need of a great massage!
