The venue was of nice size for the 60+ people that attended. However we did have to clean the kitchen and tables before setting up. The floors were not clean as food crumbs were around the area as well. We were only refunded half of our deposit based on that they said we only "lightly" swept the floor. We felt that we left the venue in a cleaner enviroment that we received it in. If you plan on using this venue, don't bother cleaning anything after your event and just pay the extra cleaning fee. Very nice venue for special events.
The floor wasn't mop a certain way, but it was mop. the tile is coming up the floor not even, How you gonna talk about Streaks in the floor. A plate was left in the microwave, 1 mini stage light beam spotlight sells on Amazon 7.99, that you say we did, and someone left a pair of slippers, which I was charged $200 for a cleaning deposit is outrageous, which it took you 5 days to emailed that. You straight robbing ppl out of they Security deposit.
Hidden gem. Hosted a baby shower at this location and was able to enjoy every minute of it with no issues. Owner maintained good communication every step of the way. Process for booking was easy. Will definitely be using this venue for future events.
