Arrived at my sparkling clean cottage, and yes the cleaning staff really goes above and beyond! We are grateful for the hard working owners and grounds staff in providing this destination paradise. It's truly a whole different world here in TA. Come visit!!!
Terra Alta is a magical and timeless place to get away to for the summer. I'm lucky to have grown up spending my vacations here with my parents and grandparents, but realized a few years ago that it's also perfectly suited to visit for a week or two with three of my best friends. If you have kids, it's a perfect place to go since there's a wonderful day camp and welcoming community of families. I returned to Terra Alta after some time away, and it was as magical and welcoming as ever. It’s a gorgeous spot on Schroon Lake with big lake access, it’s a beautiful spot in the woods, it’s a terrific community of families, it’s a return to an easy, relaxed AND fun time away from the world.
