Let me tell u, my family and i became believers. As it came in, my famiky was upset that i had bought such expensive cookware whike we had other good metal stuff but i was very excited to hear abt the health benefits that coome with cooking in baked clay pots Anewho fastforward a month and my wife makes goat curry and the meat is the softest that she has ever cooked better then pressure cooker better then cooking back home.
