Corey is great to work with. He is very punctual and upfront. He won't string you along.
Unsolicited offers asking to buy our house. Predatory and gross. Would not recommend. Edit: We got another unsolicited mailer of a "fair cash offer" for our home. In a cute little envelope and hand addressed, likely to make it look like it was from someone we know. They had to have gotten our info from property records, which makes me extremely uncomfortable. Super gross abuse of the record system and deceptive advertising tactic.
I’ve used Terra Advisors and they’re awesome—super knowledgeable and really helpful with real estate investing. Definitely recommend them.
