We hired Roy and his team to build a custom contemporary home in the County. We worked with him in the budgeting phase and through the entire construction period and he was a true professional to deal with and the quality of his work is second to none. He is extremely honest and thoughtful and when you combine that with decades of experience you get a great finished product . I would recommend Roy to anyone for their construction project
We hired Terpstra Carpentry for a complex major renovation of our Prince Edward County home. Roy and his team were excellent to work with. The quality of their workmanship is top notch. We are so pleased with our custom built home! The design was ours, but the outstanding craftsmanship was all Roy and his team. He made our dream come to life and Suzanne kept everything in check. The owner used a different company name. It makes me wonder why and how many times they changed their name. I would advise you to not hire this company. As it will be a complete wast of your money when you have to pay someone else in the end The work they do is not very good and their actions and behaviour as people was unacceptable by anyone standard.
The owner and son of this company is a disgrace. The owner took advantage of the kindness of an elderly couple for a very expensive job. First, they promised to return the next year to finish the job. It has been several years now and still nothing. Second they used the wrong sized material to save themselves money, 3rd, The work they did do has to be completely redone from scratch. Absolutely anyone could have done a better job than this man.
