Horrible place! Don't let your elderly relatives move here! "Memory Care" doesn't actually exist, it's a marketing ploy. They don't have enough employees and most of the food is barely edible!

My mother lived here for a little over 6 months. During that time Lisa , public relations and marketing person, worked very hard to make her stay as positive as possible. Nurses Roberta and Allison were also very kind and knowledgeable. In the end, Lisa was visiting in hospice. The three of them made a huge difference in our lives. I understand the former director of nursing and director of the facility are gone and have been replaced which is a positive step in my opinion. My sister has been a resident for a year and a half at Terova. When we first toured, we were very impressed with the facility and the people seemed very nice. It didn’t take long after my sister was in there that things started spiraling downhill. My sister is gluten free, and, they didn’t supply her with the food that they said they would and I ended up having to buy groceries every week so she could eat.
