Marvellous atmosphere, staff knowledge, product range and customer service. I ended up buying my e-bike here, after receiving great service from Ahmet and Theo. I have zero hesitation to recommend them to everyone looking for a non-salesy approach. Just good wholesome help :) Pop in for a looksie at the range of eco-living products they stock. I had my Urban Arrow cargo bike serviced at Teros and couldn't be happier. It's not a bike they usually carry, but I felt very welcome and supported by them. The service was excellent, and it felt like a really good fit for both me and my bike. Thank you to the team for the great work.
