Came here to see if i wanted an electric bike, the service here was wonderful, when i asked about the bikes i was lead around and told the features of all the bikes that would suit my needs. And as i couldnt decide between the different choices, they took my email and emailed me later that day with a list of the bikes i was interested in. Would reccomend!
Today I learnt that buying a bike is personalised! I have a metal femur, the staff here are very kind and not quick to sell something inappropriate! I would rate the knowledge and the great personal experience of buying a ebike! They know exactly how to get the best for you at very reasonable price! I recomend this shop staff that were very kind! Nick Smith my bike has now done near 1100 KLM and only now does it need it's first service! A great bike no problems, my breaks are getting soft! Amazing! In my 4 E Bike and this ha... read more

Just had my cargo bike serviced here this week. The staff were friendly and I think the service was really good value compared to other bike stores I've used in the past. I highly recommend supporting Teros.
