Counseling staff is warm and friendly while showing that they are truly committed to their patient's welfare.
I schedules my second appointment with them, and I found out on the day, that my college class schedule got changed to that day. They said it was fine, but yesterday I got a letter in the mail and they charged me $165. I called back and explained my situation, and it turned into a heated conversation. She was rude and told me that the directors could deduct the charge, but that I should of called in minutes earlier or rescheudled.
