took a day of work today and waited in all afternoon for this guy to come and see my motorhome over a damp issue but he didn't show up he didn't even have the decency to call me and let me no he was t coming i tried calling him numerous times but no answer very poor customer service
I had Dave come out to do a safety check and a full detailed survey on a caravan I'd inherited from my father. He was very thorough and completed the work to my own very high standards of workmanship. Although he can be a bit slow, he is extremely thorough, catching and fixing every defect so that I can be totally confident that I have a safe caravan that'll last many more years. I'm happy to recommend Dave as a thorough craftsman and, as I say, my standards are very high indeed.
So unprofessional😡 contacted Dave over my touring caravan , he came out looked at my caravan then said he would ring me back after 6 that was on 5/01/2022 at 5 clock I’m still waiting ? Sent a few texts no reply , rang got ingnored and left a voicemail with no reply absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional, would not recommend !!!!
