Room was clean, carpet was new and plush, bed was comfortable, staff was nice. Outdoor balcony was huge. Would stay again.
Second time I have stayed here. Average clean rooms but no views (except central service shute). Has slipped a little (loose toilet seat) but great central Newcastle location. Parking is extra cost and somewhat awkward. Building is a shared private apartment and hotel setup with all water view rooms reserved for private residences. Heavy doona/quilt made air conditioning necessary as no light-weight bedding option available other than sheet cover.
Great place to stay, easy to get into the town centre using the tram. Plenty of good places to eat in the vicinity. Apartment was clean and tidy, and had all the implements we needed to cook a few meals.
Apartment had everything we needed with great view of the Hunter River ships going past. Secure undercover parking.
A very beautiful place, the room was really nice with a full kitchen and a seperate room for the bed. The front desk service was lovely, we would stay again :)
