Everything the website tells you is true. We were a first-time booking for this venue and were impressed by the room (single bedroom) as it was a genuine apartment size with matching facilities. Reception were pleasant and very efficient in assisting us as an elderly couple. From the welcoming gift pack to the well-equipped kitchen everything was clean and well presented. Great value in a great location Iocation.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Generosity sized accommodation. Loved the location close to beach and harbour and the dining options were almost overwhelming. On site parking was very convenient.
Update: Have now stayed twice in 2 years with my family and we consider it out home in Newcastle whenever we visit there :) Original: I didn't get to stay because I ended up being a close contact. But the messages I was getting before arriving and the support received when I asked questions was outstanding. They also have me a full refund which other hotels may not have so extra points. I will definitely stay here in the future when in Newie.
