They offer poor quality service. The customer service Representatives give you the runaround. They never call you back. When you cancel the service they don't allow you to cancel. They still charge you. Then still furthermore give you more run around. My experience this time around has been absolutely ridiculously horrible.

For the love of God, please look elsewhere for help. Called them to see about getting rid of some rodents that took home in the attic. Also asked about doing the spraying and what not for bugs as a precaution. David Huston, the salesman, said we can do that but it doesn't cover bed bugs. Okay. I got it. Almost $6k in charges to do everything, so I sign up. I get a "contract" copy that doesn't actually say what they are going to do. Terrible they came out once for 5 minutes and I paid they said they would followup 4 weeks later 3 visits no call no show I want that refund and they tell me the technicians showed they serviced my the outside of my house which is a lie i have my gate locked ay all times due to small children run these people are robbers now im out

I canceled my appointment. They kept harassing us. They came by our house twice and kept texting me.
