I have had their service at my business for 22 years and am CANCELLING! I have had to call and track them down to do my monthly service since December. I have gone thru 3 techs, all of which have zero experience or training in pest control when they do show up. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC COMPANY! The most competent person is a sweet old lady that answers the phone and at least tries to help. I called today at 11am and still have no call back from the “manager”. Complete waste of time dealing with Terminix.

**Update** Please!! If you are elderly or have elderly parents do not use this company!! This Terminix is taking advantage of the elderly. Provided service that my mother in law did not need. Charged her 6k for rodent extermination and never got rid of one. She had to call a local company, turns out the rodents were no where near where Terminix said they were. Horrible service for my mother in law. Way overpriced, ridiculous attitude from the pos on the phone. Should have 0 stars, call a local service. Not sure how this company is still in business.

You'll want to get your hands on Terminix for those times when bugs sneak into your home. You might find that when you least expect it, one of the little guys finds its way inside and is just waiting for the perfect time to bite you or help ruin furniture with their droppings. Terminix has a plethora of pest control methods available like traps and deterrents so no matter how sneaky they are you won't have worry about same again.
