Poor logistics which included not putting the appointment in the books, damaging the ceiling and never following up on it, not bringing the bags to wrap the food until the last minute, not informing we had to remove some wire until the last minute, not informing we had to call the gas company to reinstall the gas and other issues. It seems everything falls on one person and he was nice but seemed to have too much on his plate. Also Terminex seems to contract out a lot of the work. Great choices & prices in bridesmaid, maid of honor, mother of bride & mother in law dresses. We compared & this store over all had what the bride wanted for her wedding party. You MUST check the store out.
