Didn’t show up for appointments took money out of my account. Complete disaster
Terminix sprayed our house for over a year and the bugs are worse than ever, when I tried to get them to come back and respray between the quarterly spray they refused to honor the contract and were going to charge me for it. This company is a joke, communication is awful as well, good luck trying to contact someone in charge of things.
Called and they set up a free inspection and quote. I got the confirmation text 2 days ago. I took off work and a no show. So I called and was called the wrong name with the right address then the lady just went silent. I eventually hung up. Called again. Different lady said the inspector was Dale and he wasn't answering his phone. So she placed me on hold and dropped the call. No show. Called and set up appointment for inspection (for wasps) for a Friday from 0800 to 1200. No one showed, no text, no phone call. Called the national number — they tried to call local managers, but got no answer; they emailed local managers, still no response. Disappointing.
