I have been using your service for the past six months, but the rat infestation has actually worsened during that time. The agent assigned to my property appears indifferent and performs only the bare minimum required to collect a paycheck. There is a complete lack of accountability and integrity. I used these guys for a long time. I had the same tech for a while which worked out well, but they started to churn through workers. I ONLY wanted the rat boxes done and repeatedly stated to the company that did not want chemicals sprayed around the house. I would tell the workers this the day before to remind them and they still could not follow that simple instruction. Less work right? So, they screwed up many times. Sold me on services they couldnt perform. Then charged me for services they didnt perform. Then charges me again after they were canceled. When i tried to call to say hey you guys emptied my bank acct i needed that money to put gas in my car so i can continue to provide for my family…and i was met with so sorry we cant put the money back for 7 to 10 business days…this is after they hung up on me repeatedly instead of trying to help me resolve the situation. STAY AWAY FROM TERMINIX…these guys are straight up con artists.
