I have been using your service for the past six months, but the rat infestation has actually worsened during that time. The agent assigned to my property appears indifferent and performs only the bare minimum required to collect a paycheck. There is a complete lack of accountability and integrity. I used these guys for a long time. I had the same tech for a while which worked out well, but they started to churn through workers. I ONLY wanted the rat boxes done and repeatedly stated to the company that did not want chemicals sprayed around the house. I would tell the workers this the day before to remind them and they still could not follow that simple instruction. Less work right? So, they screwed up many times.
