This service is trash. They lie about the work they did if you weren’t home, and refuse to come out to solve any resulting pest issues that their laziness caused. There are several companies that offer the same services for much cheaper, and they actually do their job. Don’t do it! Go with someone else.

Horrible service, does not work at all. The service technician Jeremy Clements doesn't show up reliably, and did not treat the bug problem properly. Instead he dusted a couple of baseboards with silica powder, and wrote a false report indicating no pests found, and left without treating anything else. The customer service was the only thing good about this company, who were helpful and issued me a credit to make up for the horrible technician service. I was supposed to have service on 9/30 between 10-12. They never showed up I called and rescheduled for Friday October 2nd. Same thing never showed up. Called again and rescheduled for Monday October 5th. Nothing. I called and they said it's scheduled for Friday October 9th between 3-5. I'm feeling the run around. But they already have my money and I'm still waiting on the service. Very disappointed in the service and how they handle business
