Tech was friendly and professional. Took time to explain methodology and notify of home visit. Also, the treatment worked.

We had a wasp nest in our walls, they were coming in from a hole in the foundation outside. The guy sprayed a paralyzing agent and then used an extermination spray. We were able to flush the queen out and kill it so I was very happy with that. He also went above and beyond by using the extra spray he had to spray around all my windows.

Great service! Friendly and the wasp nest we had was completely gone by the time we came home from work! The only issue I had was I kept getting a bunch of phone calls every day from all different people and there seemed to be no communication amongst them. Someone would call me at 8am to tell me something and then at 11am someone else would call me to tell me the same thing. I just found that incredibly frustrating as someone who works full time...
