Annalee is very professional and friendly. Her treatments have been very effective and have made our summers bug free which is also protecting our structures.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The initial treatment didn’t work, and despite paying for a service with a warranty, the company refused to honor it. For almost two months we called daily and every time we were constantly told someone would call us back to book the extermination, but they never did while our infestation continued to get worse. Ken has been the best!! I've had service with terminex for a few years now and it is solely due to Ken's efforts. I had one miscommunication with the company very early on and not only did he step in and resolve that situation, but made it so I've never had a single issue since. He is always prompt. Incredibly thorough and detailed in his work and communication. I cannot say enough good about him. Highly recommended!
