Excellent service from original contact to job completion. Kayla and James were knowledgeable, thorough and professional and took care of my wasp problem quickly!
Called them in mid-July about an urgent problem requiring an immediate response, agreed to pay >$500 for their services. FOUR WEEKS LATER, still haven't received an appointment callback, let alone had an exterminator arrive to fulfill the contract. Clearly not capable of providing timely extermination services. Will be calling to cancel and delete my account, and plan never to do business with them again.
Technician was very friendly and professional and knew exactly what to do! I was very very happy with the service
