Worst experience I've ever had with this person. Named sergio, he's so disrespectful, he slammed my door said my house stinks because there's a dead mouse in it, and there's never been mouse in my house
Again I was refused treatment for bedbugs by the service guy who put himself ahead of the client. I tried to accommodate my apartment under nearly impossible conditions listed and he just sniffed and he wasn't going to do anything and "See you in two weeks'. This kind of crap has been going on for almost 10 months of being ghosted by Terminix.
we use terminex at one of our sites and we are very satisfied with the service they provide. the technician are very kind and knowledgeable tom is great. the residents love him he explains in detail if they have concerns and is very kind.
