The rep was wonderful and did a great job. I told the dispatcher 3 times that the job was to remove a hornets nets but he never got my message. I found the entire booking process a nightmare as the phone system was awful and the phone calls from the head office come from all over the world so I never pick up strange area codes due to so many spam calls. Very efficient and friendly service today removing a hornet nest by my back door.
The service man was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly.
We had wasps around our house and inside the screened porch, but couldn’t locate any visible nests. We suspected they were nesting in the roof soffit. Joel delivered outstanding service and resolved the issue immediately. I would definitely recommend Terminix!
