The technician assigned to us was Antonio D’Elia.. Antonio is an extremely professional, caring individual. He was punctual , and very efficient. He was able to resolve our problem by identifying the source and took the time to advise us on how to proceed moving forward. We were so fortunate to benefit from his services. We need more compassionate individuals like him in these type of situations. Dealing with a bedbug infestation is extremely stressful but having a technician like Antonio put our minds at ease. Patrick helped me with a squirrel, he was very patient , explained the procedure very well, answered all our questions with patience- he made us feel very confident he responded as soon as we called him to move the squirrel - i totally recommend him - he cares very much sbout the wellbeing of the animal too.
