I was told that the technician, Az, would call me to book an appointment. 3 hours later, I received a call from Az that he can come visit within the hour. Az was very pleasant, calm, knowledgeable and very professional. He inspected each floor of the house, shared his recommendations and set up the various traps insidede and outside the house.
