They didn't put our effort to get to the root of the problem and when I asked for a reimbursement they wouldn't grant me one.

I was forced to cancel their service for my 93 year-old mother's home. She kept getting these confusing overcharges. It took at least 20 phone calls from my mother, and later me. Folks, this is very upsetting for a 93 year-old. They are less able to understand and navigate the maze Terminix creates in getting through to them by phone. It was heart-wrenching for me to see my mom go through this. I took over the issue for her, only to find I couldn't resolve it with Terminix either. I live in Natchitoches, Louisiana. I have had service with you all for some time now. I just wanted to brag about one of your employees named Keith. He has always been a team player and goes above and beyond! He always shows up on time and has always had true southern hospitality. I just need to give credit to where it is due. You all hired a good one!
