We’ve been very happy with our Terminix quarterly pest control service. Living in rural Louisiana, we regularly deal with spiders, scorpions, and other creepy-crawlies, but the treatments have made a huge difference in keeping them out of our home. Our technician Keith is always friendly, professional, and thorough, and he takes the time to answer questions and make sure everything is taken care of. Great service and peace of mind year-round!
I had a termite swarm and active in 2025. I called Terminix as nd they came out quickly and collected $7,000 plus and put stakes in. Fast forward to 2026 I had a swarm in April and called. They said my next service was May 6. They never came or called. When I called I was told they rescheduled. They didn’t come or called but rescheduled me again without notifying me. They can charge my cc but can’t come out as scheduled or call.
Keith is awesome at keeping our pest under control. He’s courteous, and very informative as what we need.
I am very pleased with services! Daniel was very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful!
