My technician is Daniel Webb and if you get him you have struck gold!! He has got the kindest customer service I've ever seen, no judgement, very knowledgeable and willing to work with you. I was totally comfortable with him and his services and will recommend him to anybody. I called him for Roach protection in a new house I just moved into and he saw we had a wasp problem also and took care of it for me without me even asking!!

They didn't put our effort to get to the root of the problem and when I asked for a reimbursement they wouldn't grant me one.

I was forced to cancel their service for my 93 year-old mother's home. She kept getting these confusing overcharges. It took at least 20 phone calls from my mother, and later me. Folks, this is very upsetting for a 93 year-old. They are less able to understand and navigate the maze Terminix creates in getting through to them by phone. It was heart-wrenching for me to see my mom go through this. I took over the issue for her, only to find I couldn't resolve it with Terminix either. I live in Natchitoches, Louisiana. I have had service with you all for some time now. I just wanted to brag about one of your employees named Keith. He has always been a team player and goes above and beyond! He always shows up on time and has always had true southern hospitality. I just need to give credit to where it is due. You all hired a good one!
