Technician was on time, very helpful and knowledgeable. And went above and beyond
I canceled both of my services today. I was quite happy with my services until your recent service person claimed I received a service that I did not receive. I work from home and my dogs bark if so much as a squirrel is on my property. Fraud is not okay. I would prefer I pay a local person to provide the same service than some giant corporation of thieves. You really think this is about a measly $51 for one of the services? Service techs seem a bit more knowledgeable than other small companies about how to properly address pest issues. Be prepared to wrestle with customer service. They don't know a thing about extermination and also try to upsell you. In my case they messed me around real good lying about the cost of service, saying they would bundle multiple services then billing me separately. They kept saying they would fix it and never did. And very long wait times (despite estimates). I couldn't keep calling.
Overall decent company. Knowledgeable about how to properly address pest issues as well as affordable and fast service. Customer service line is hit or miss, some reps are helpful some are the opposite. VERY long wait times well exceeding estimates and the reps don't know anything about extermination details and also try to upsell you. Other than that, I think the services provided were satisfactory. I'd stick with Terminix over any local company for sure.
