Paid nearly $300 for a 1 time service, they explained to me they would spray all carpets and baseboards and spray the perimeter of the house. The tech sprayed half of the house and told me he ran out of chemicals. So nothing else was sprayed. Then i called back and had them send him back out again, same guy, this time he didnt show up. Then he called and rescheduled. Told them i needed a refund since the service was never completed. Over a week later, still havent received my $300 refund.

They lie to you. After showing up late, was told that no one could be in home while he was there, had to take all my kids outside and stay for a couple hours after he left. When we go back in there is white powder, poison on floors etc where my kids have access too. I have an autistic child that smell everything and sometimes tries to eat things. I had to get rid of all that he put out. When we called to cancel service man on phone said they he stopped payment and wasn't going to charge us and that he cancel the service. Wok... read more

We signed up for Terminex a couple of months ago, and we are very happy with the service we have received! They have found us the best options for sealing our home from pests, found issues with pest infestation in our insulation that the inspector ignored when we bought our house, and our Terminex guy, Cicero, always goes above and beyond to make sure we are protected from pests!!

Waited all afternoon and was a no show. When I cancelled the appointment, I was told he tried to call me. Never received a call or text. Prompt and professional customer service is a priority for me.
