I am so disappointed in Terminix. I have a service contract for monthly service. No one came in March or April. The salesman's phone rings busy, The service man's phone mail is full. Spoke with customer service, set up Service for Monday, NO Show, Called Customer Service for Friday, NO Show. Called Customer Service, was told I was rescheduled for Tuesday. I received no text, phone call, or email re change. I'm not a happy camper.
They didn't bother showing up. Guess they don't need/want the business that badly
👎 No one even call to make a appointment we call a number of times with no satisfaction so we are getting someone else
The worse experience I ever had they made a huge mess in my house then when I called and complained they said I was lying and that they did a good job I have pics of the mess i wouldn't recommend any one use this company they are horrible
