Isaiah L was the technician who came to our house last week and he has been here multiple times before. Isaiah was thorough with his inspection of outside crawlspace and termite fixtures and did a great job inside, where we have been experiencing hardly any insect problems. We appreciate the professionalism shown by all Terminix personnel who come throughout the year and would recommend the services to anyone need pest control. I’ve been getting service for 4 years now and my technician Pegasus has been super helpful. He knows the job well and is especially courteous. Ever since I’ve had their service I’ve had a significant reduction in bugs getting in the house vs doing it myself. If anything comes up in between he will stop by to address it with no additional cost. When I had my annual inspection the tech went up to my attic and didn’t find pests but let me know my a/c drip pan was full saving me from another issue. 10/10 would recommend them to ... read more
pegasus has been my main terminix worker that always comes out and whenever they send someone else out i get a little sad. he does a great job all the time and always makes sure to assist me with anything he can. he doesn’t make me feel stupid when i definitely have some random question about things.
Mr. Moreno is very professional and thorough when doing his job. Excellent role model for your company.
