orión was the most professional salesman I have delt with. Very polite and informative, broke it all down and left me with no questions at all. 10 out of 10 for sure. Go with these guys they won't disappoint!
If I could rate lower I would. They would never work around our work schedule on their schedules. Any time I called the office I was basically given the run around. At the start of service, I was told if we pay the $300 to start with Terminix, we’d be “priority” status basically. The representative told me if we called seeing an insect, a technician would be dispatched within 24 hours. We are reasonable people we never actually expected it would be that quick and we understood about people’s schedules, etc. But the point ver... read more
