I've had nothing but good experiences with the company. From termites to calling all hours of the night to discuss my bill or account. They are always happy to clarify and explain anything. *******I'm editing this review to give a 2 star from a 5 star. I paid 3k for the vapor barrier and I have recently gone under my house and noticed they didn't even apply the plastic under my entire house. Honestly, this was applied in such a careless way.
