Don't even bother using them. They charge you a high price for absolute garbage service and customer service. The scheduling people have no idea what the services entitle so they inform you incorrectly. Our service tech arrived on our first initial appointment, only to tell us we had to leave for 4 hours, which we were not informed of and couldn't get our pets out of the house in time after he had shown up.
