I brought my Mother in law's car in for a simple touch up of a parking lot accident. We simply needed a quick fix as she is giving up driving and selling the car. Carstar in Parksville were outstanding in helping us out. We were given a very detailed assessment then provided with a quote that was extremely fair. Helping somebody out who is on a very limited budget ( like my mother-in-law) doesn't make the business any money- but it does create a loyal customer who will always be happy to recommend them to friends or family. ... read more

TERMINAL is THE place to get repairs done. Truly "quality assured". The service level received at Terminal is something most other businesses have long since forgotten how to provide.
