After understanding the industry more, I can form a better review for this company. The company products are overpriced and the "warranty" they have for their treatment is only valid if you are locked in with them to do an annual inspection which cost quite a bit. I found out that other companies who have confidence in their product would not force you to have annual inspection to keep the warranty active. 5 stars !! Rodger was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. From the moment he arrived, he made me feel at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their approachable attitude made the whole experience much less stressful. It's refreshing to find someone so kind and genuine!
I had my annual termite inspection on 14/04/2025 with Michaela in Eglinton who was amazing, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased with the service provided by Termico.
Termico treated tiny and annoying black ants and eradicated the problem the same day as the treatment. Prompt, efficient and responsive. Highly recommended.
Had someone come by today (9/4/25), given a 1hr window (1230-130) They arrived and I asked if they minded please doing the outside spray first as my daughter is sleeping. Was told he wanted to do the inside inspection first, ok probably a reason, he didn’t bother to provide one except that’s what he wanted to do. I asked him not to go in my daughters room and pointed out which one it was (has a big name across the door) and he proceeded to enter the room anyway and shine his torch directly into her crib and wakes her.
