This morning the guy arrived on time. He was very proffesional, polite, did the job well no issues. Recommend this service to anyone
2nd time I have had an inspection (2 different properties) & spray conducted by Nazif @ Termico. On both occasions Nazif was friendly, knowledgeable & thorough with his work.
After understanding the industry more, I can form a better review for this company. The company products are overpriced and the "warranty" they have for their treatment is only valid if you are locked in with them to do an annual inspection which cost quite a bit. I found out that other companies who have confidence in their product would not force you to have annual inspection to keep the warranty active. 5 stars !! Rodger was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. From the moment he arrived, he made me feel at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their approachable attitude made the whole experience much less stressful. It's refreshing to find someone so kind and genuine!
I had my annual termite inspection on 14/04/2025 with Michaela in Eglinton who was amazing, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased with the service provided by Termico.
